I love spring! The colors, the flavors, the freshness, and the sunshine. Not the wind that we have so much of here in Oklahoma though.

Here are strawberries, blue cheese stuffed olives (they are like my crack), asparagus with avocado oil and white balsamic vinegar (raw), and chicken with brown rice, cheesy sauce, and roasted broccoli garnished with almond slivers.

Oh, and the color here is so much better than normal because it was taken at my desk at work and I have some natural sunlight.
