March 2007 Cooking Light
Wow, so it's been almost a month. February flew by--I have a lot of trainings/conferences, had to scramble to get some meetings done around my schedule, and have been sick on top of that. I'm actually home from school for the 2nd day today.
March 2007 Cooking Light has some good sounding recipes. I made about 5 or 6 from the Jan/Feb issue. I hope to do better this month.
Here is the list of what I hope to make. There are more that sound good, but that I know I won't make because of the ingredient list.
